Engineering Project Lead

£60,000-£70,000 per annum plus depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading project execution with focus on technical, engineering, and operational aspects

Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment across all project phases

Acting as the main interface with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders

Managing risk, budgets, schedules, and change during project delivery

Reviewing engineering outputs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements

Driving process improvements, HSEQ compliance, and quality standards

Supporting procurement, documentation, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Assisting or deputising the Project Manager as required

What You Bring:

✔ Degree/HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Piping, or relevant Engineering discipline

✔ Proven experience managing turnaround or industrial projects

✔ Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills

✔ Ability to monitor schedules, budgets, and risks effectively

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems

✔ Flexible and adaptable to multiple UK project locations
