Shift Pattern: Night Shifts - 12 hours
Contract Type: Freelance / Temporary

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Night Site Manager for a live commercial refurbishment project in Leeds. This is a key role overseeing night operations, ensuring safety, security, and productivity during off-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all on-site activity during night shifts

* Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets quality standards

* Enforce strict health & safety protocols

* Monitor site access and ensure security of the premises

* Report progress to the Project Manager and maintain site records

* Coordinate with day team for smooth handovers

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* CSCS

* Enhanced DBS check (essential)

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
