The Role

Lead packaging strategy, ensuring all operations meet customer, legal and quality standards
Manage packaging suppliers, compliance, regulations and customer technical relationships
Support new product launches, audits, site visits and continuous improvement projects
Drive environmental performance by reducing waste and improving packaging efficiencyThe Person

Experience in packaging operations, food manufacturing, technical or quality functions
Strong knowledge of GMP, BRCGS, HACCP and retailer Codes of Practice
Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
Professional, organised and confident working with both internal teams and customers
