Duration: Full time, permanent role

Salary: £30k to £36k

Based: Chichester

Key Responsibilities for the Screen Printer:

* Operate screen printing machinery to produce high-quality prints on a variety of materials.

* Prepare screens, inks, and other materials for each printing job.

* Monitor production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or prints.

* Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.

* Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Requirements for the Screen Printer:

* MUST HAVE experience in screen printing, within a commercial printing business

* Knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and print techniques.

* Ability to work with a range of materials including textiles, paper, and plastic.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
