Required background: Housebuilding

Our client is a privately owned, design led housebuilder who have a first-class reputation for delivering high quality homes across the South Coast.

With a number of live sites already in production coupled with strong pipeline of future work, we are looking to appoint Quantity Surveyor to join the business to work closely with the Head of Commercial and drive the delivery of their live schemes.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take the next step in their career with a business that champions progression.

Some of your key Responsibilities will include:

* Develop and manage Cost Plans for new sites

* Support the Head of Commercial in the appointment and management of subcontractors.

* Maintain and monitor site budgets throughout the life cycle of a project.
