An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Sales Manager to join a growing business in the industrial protective coatings sector.

This role is focused on driving sales growth across the UK, targeting key markets.

The Role

* Develop and execute a UK sales strategy

* Identify and secure new business opportunities

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts

* Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and engineering clients

* Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions

* Track market activity and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

* Proven track record in B2B sales (essential)

* Experience in industrial coatings, surface treatments, or corrosion protection (essential)

* ICORR / NACE accredited (preferred)

* Strong background in new business development and account management

* Self-motivated with the ability to manage a field-based territory
