We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a welcoming, purpose-built care home in Portsmouth. Rated Good by the Care Quality Commission, this luxury home specialises in residential, dementia, and palliative care for elderly residents

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care across residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative services. You'll work alongside a committed team to ensure each resident receives tailored, person-centred care in a comfortable and safe environment.

Key Details

* Salary: £22.00 per hour (paid breaks included)

* Contract: Part-time or Full-time (24-48 hours/week)

* Shifts: 12-hour shifts, days or nights, with alternate weekends

* Rota: Published 4 weeks in advance

* Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire

What We're Looking For

* NMC Registered Nurse - Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability specialisms considered

* At least 1 year of post-qualifying nursing experience

* Experience in elderly care, dementia, palliative, and complex needs preferred

* Strong clinical knowledge and confident in developing care plans and risk assessments

* Compassionate, reliable, and an excellent communicator

* Familiarity with current regulatory frameworks and clinical best practices
