Key Responsibilities

• Optimise routing, trailer use, and reduce empty mileage

• Improve gross profit through smart planning and supplier management

• Develop and convert new business opportunities

• Build strong client and partner relationships

• Ensure compliance with customs and transport regulations

• Analyse financial performance and resolve operational issues

• 3-5+ years in European full-load logistics (senior level preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Tachograph rules, customs, and transport compliance

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to drive GP growth and manage cost performance

• Calm under pressure and great at prioritising

Bonus: Full UK driving license

Hours: Monday to Friday : 9am - 5pm
