• Lead, mentor and support staff
• Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
• Promote safeguarding and risk management
• Build strong relationships with young people and professionals
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, homely environment
• Support care planning, reporting and continuous improvement

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in a Children’s Residential Home
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED frameworks
• Confident leading shifts and supporting junior staff
• Driving licence preferred
