Swanstaff Ltd are currently recruiting for Maintenance Labourers on behalf of our client, a well-established company specialising in landscape maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and friendly team

Key Duties Will Include:

* Supporting with general landscape and grounds maintenance

* Assisting with hedge trimming, pruning, and other tasks

* Performing general labouring duties, such as clearing sites and moving materials

* Using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment (training can be provided)

* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on-site

* Following instructions from supervisors and working effectively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience in landscape or grounds maintenance.

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

* A good work ethic and a positive, reliable attitude

* Willingness to learn and take on a variety of manual tasks

* Awareness of basic health and safety practices

Working Hours & Pay:

* Monday to Friday

* 7:00am-5:00pm (flexibility may be required)

* £12.21 per hour - paid weekly

* Temporary to permanent opportunity - potential to secure a long-term role for the right candidate
