Music Teacher - Harrow HA2 - Mondays & Tuesdays Only - ASAP Start

We are working with a friendly and creative primary school in Harrow (HA2) who are seeking a Music Teacher to join them on a part‑time basis. The school are looking for someone to teach whole‑class music across EYFS to KS2 every Monday and Tuesday, starting ASAP—with the first day ideally being this Monday (9th March)

This role is perfect for a Music Specialist who can bring energy, confidence, and practical musicianship to the classroom. The ability to teach recorder and ukulele is highly desirable.

Both QTS qualified and unqualified candidates will be considered, as long as you have a Music degree and solid whole‑class teaching experience.

Location: Harrow, HA2
Start Date: ASAP (Monday start preferred)
Role: Music Teacher (EYFS - KS2)
Days: Mondays & Tuesdays only - long term until July
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay:

* From £200 per day - Qualified Teachers (QTS)

* From £150 per day - Unqualified Teachers with a Music degree and full classroom experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach engaging, practical music lessons from EYFS to Year 6

* Deliver whole‑class recorder and ukulele sessions

* Support musical development through rhythm, singing, and instrumental work

* Plan fun, creative activities that build pupils' confidence and musicality

* Contribute to the school's music provision and support performances

About You:

* QTS or a Music degree with full classroom teaching experience

* Confident teaching whole classes across primary age ranges

* Able to teach recorder and ukulele (preferred)

* Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about primary music education

* Available Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30-3:30
