🔹 What You'll Do

As Registered Manager, you'll take full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring excellence in care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Your key duties will include:

Leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding care and support

Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted standards and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015

*

Creating and implementing high-quality care policies and procedures

*

Managing budgets effectively to maintain care excellence

*

Building strong partnerships with residents, families, and external agencies

We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)

A full UK driving licence holder
