Team Leader, Trafford CouncilPay rate to £20.85 per hourContract roleVitalis are recruiting for a Team Leader to work in a supported living team in Trafford Council.Experienced Team Leader required for Supported Living Service at Trafford CouncilThe post is full time - 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pmWe need an experienced Team Leader as this is a large property with 7 service users and is a busy supported living service. We support the people we care for with all aspects of daily living. Candidate requires a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in health and social care or leadership and management. Level 5 would be preferable, but not essential.Participation in the on-call rota which covers weekends and bank holidays is required.Don’t forget, if this role isn’t the perfect fit, we’re confident we can find one that is.
