Gareth James, a leading estate agency with 3 offices across South East London, has an opening for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. They have been in business since 1994, are the winner of British Property Awards and recently were the headline sponsor for Peckham Fringe.

Dealing with properties ranging in value, the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for negotiating sales through to completion, whilst ensuring a high level of service and maintaining good CRM usage to keep all parties informed.

Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Negotiator is a must-have.

What’s on offer:

· Good basic salary

· Company pool car

· Commission scheme:

£0 - 50k = 10%

£50 - 100k = 12.5%

£100 - 150k = 15%

£150 - 200k = 17.5%

£200k+ = 20%

Working schedule:

· 5 days per work, including Saturdays

· Day off in the week

· Based in our office on Queens Road
