We're hiring a Trade Counter Sales Advisor to be the face of our business to local tradespeople, contractors, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve trade and retail customers on the counter with expert advice

- Build accurate quotes and manage local trade accounts

- Provide technical product guidance for plumbing and heating ranges

- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully stocked

- Take ownership of pricing, displays, and promotional activity

- Pick and pack orders to support customer deliveries

- Proactively re-engage low-spend or dormant customer accounts

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a plumbing & heating, DIY, or builders' merchant environment

- Confident communicator with a strong customer-first and sales mindset

- Hands-on, positive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

- Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

- Full UK driving licence
