Your new companyOur client is a prestigious organisation based in central Oxford that has an ambitious development plan over the next 5 years.Your new roleThis newly created role will provide senior strategic financial support with particular responsibility for the strategic management of financial investments, endowments, reserves, and long-term financial resources. You will focus on ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation through robust financial planning, high-quality financial modelling, effective investment and treasury oversight, strong governance, and the optimisation of assets and resources in support of the long-term strategy.You will also support financial operations and controls and take the lead on risk management and governance. In particular, you will support stakeholder engagement and communication, building and maintaining effective relationships with external investment managers, advisers, banks, and finance teams.What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant senior-level experience in financial management, including investment and/or treasury oversight and a strong understanding of investment governance, asset allocation, and performance monitoring.
