£42,500 - £50,000 per annum DOE + commission

As a Recruitment Billing Manager, you'll take charge of your own recruitment desk while mentoring and managing a team of Consultants. You'll be a hands-on leader, responsible for hitting personal targets, supporting team development and contributing to the overall goals of the business

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow your own successful recruitment desk (360 role)
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants
Monitor KPIs, targets, and general performance
Conduct regular 1-1s and support staff development and training
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure the success of the office
Contribute to client development and retention What we're looking for

Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing history
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
