Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Handler to support our commercial and HNW client portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with insurance experience looking to manage a diverse range of policies and clients, with exposure to multiple insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial and high-net-worth clients.
• Provide advice on policy coverage and liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best terms.
• Handle policy administration, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation.
• Assist clients with billing queries, coverage questions, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and FCA regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an insurance account handling or advisory role.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products across multiple classes of business.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Acturis and Excel is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
