To Lead Corporate Property Projects
Landlord & Tenant Matters
Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
To assist with the delivery of a comprehensive asset review program
To undertake the monitoring of asset performance
Provide Corporate property input broader council initiatives
Take the lead in developing Corporate portfolio strategies
To project manage staff engaged in projects and to ensure delivery of each programme of works

Profile

A successful Estates Surveyor should have:

Professional qualifications in surveying or a related field.
Experience in property management and estate development.
Strong knowledge of public sector regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in handling valuations, lease agreements, and financial reporting.
MRICS essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage projects effectively.
