New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting Forklift Drivers (Reach & Counterbalance) on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Melksham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced forklift drivers looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

*

Operating Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently

*

Loading and unloading deliveries

*

Moving stock within the warehouse and storage areas

*

Putting stock away into racking locations

*

Assisting with picking and general warehouse duties when required

*

Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any faults

*

Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site

*

Working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements

*

Valid Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)

*

Previous forklift driving experience is essential

*

Strong awareness of health and safety

*

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

*

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Shifts Available

Monday to Friday

*

Day and afternoon shifts available

*

Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods
