We are seeking a dynamic and organized School Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing school records, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and students to ensure effective communication and support.
• Manage school budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
• Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming school environment.
• Excellent IT skills required
• 37 hours per week. 8.30 am - 4.30 pm - Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in school administration or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of educational policies and regulations is a plus.
