  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Posting HMLR, Geodesys disbursements.
  • Processing card payments via telephone.
  • Checking Completion Statements for Conveyancing Department.
  • Setting up/ authorising TT's/BACS.
  • Issuing cheques.
  • Banking of Cheques.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Creating proforma invoices.
  • Checking completed matters on a weekly basis and creating invoices.
  • Keeping the billed work spreadsheet up to date.
  • Client to Office transfers.
  • Monitoring the unallocated credits.
  • Answering the general enquiries calls.
  • Checking ledgers are clear for files waiting to be archived
