Sales Team Leader - New Home Sales (Reading)

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £30-36k basic + uncapped commission (£60k+ achievable) once permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 10 - 5pm, 5 days per week (weekends on rota)

We're looking for a confident, ambitious estate agent or property sales professional to lead a busy Reading show home. This temp-to-perm role offers excellent base pay, top-quality stock, and uncapped commission, plus the autonomy to own the sales process.

  • Lead by example, taking ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.
