37.5 hour working week.  9am to 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch.  Hybrid working option applies after initial training period.  30 days holiday (includes bank holidays), rising to 33 days after qualification period.  Free parking available. Benefits include generous bonus scheme.

This position involves liaising with customers by phone, email, and Live Chat, so strong communication skills will be essential. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming contacts with empathy, patience, and accuracy.
  • Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Engage with business partners where appropriate.
