Are you a results-driven Sales & Marketing Director or a commercially astute leader with experience in construction supply, ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-growing, global brand?

We're looking for a high-impact Sales & Marketing Director to lead the UK & Ireland commercial strategy, reporting directly to the board.

This role is ideal for a sales-driven leader or an experienced Sales & Marketing Director, Operations Director, Managing Director, or Commercial Director with strong sales experience from within the Construction Products sector, ideally Building Envelope related.

The Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the UK & Ireland sales strategy to drive significant growth. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing sales team.

* Driving business development across key sectors: window fabricators, façade manufacturers, façade Contractors ,modular building producers, and more.

* Developing and delivering a strategic sales plan aligned with business growth targets.

* Managing key client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.

* Overseeing account management, client development, pricing, and customer experience.

* Collaborating with technical and product development teams to bring innovation to market.

* Reporting on KPIs, ROI, and strategic recommendations at board level.

* Using CRM and analytics tools to drive performance insights and commercial success.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a smart business leader with a strategic mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. You'll be an excellent communicator and natural motivator, with strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of success.

You'll bring:

* A background in construction products - ideally in façade systems, building envelope products/consumable façade materials, Insulation or glazing solutions.

* Experience of selling into Building Contractors, Fenestration Specialists, Architects & Specifiers

* Experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the Building Products sector (Sales Director, Commercial Director, MD, or Ops Director).

* Experience of growing a £ Multi Million Turnover Business

* A successful track record in growing market share and leading sales teams.

* Strong knowledge of the UK construction supply chain and specification process.

* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

* Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skills.

* Experience using CRM, analytics, and performance reporting tools.

* A values-driven approach - dependable, transparent, and collaborative.

* Reside within 1 hour of the company offices.
