The care provider started small… providing their service to three individuals within their own homes, and they now provide care visits to service users in England and Wales.
They use cutting edge technology, and most importantly, they have an amazing team of dedicated healthcare staff.
Domiciliary care services are provided (also known as home care) for anywhere from 15 minutes a week to 24 hours a day.
They provide each individual with a personal plan that is uniquely tailored to their specific needs.
This is to ensure the company meet the needs of every service user.
Experience has shown that these needs are often subject to change, and with these bespoke care services, they offer care that evolves with the service users’ requirements.
There is currently a fantastic opportunity to join the company’s Vale Branch.
They are seeking a Care Coordinator who will be responsible for your own geographic areas; Wenvoe, Sully, Dinas Powys, Penarth.

•30 Hours Per Week Duties will include:
•Monitoring & Managing quality
•Carry out staff supervisions
•Ongoing Mentoring to staff
•Care Package Reviews
•Spot checking Care Assistants
•Rota planning and development
•Ensuring care visits are well planned
•Overseeing call monitoring software
•Care Package set ups and reviews
•On Call Duties Ideal Candidate:
•At least 1 year’s previous care experience.

•Excellent organisation skills.

•Ability to think outside of the box.

•Commitment & flexibility.

•Be computer literate.

•Excellent communication skills.

•Driving License and access to your own vehicle COVID-19 considerations: The employer provides all employees with PPE; Face masks, face visors, hand gloves, full body aprons and hand sanitiser.
