Senior Technical Services Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP and technical delivery across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage consultants and subcontractors, review technical design, and ensure services are coordinated, compliant and delivered to programme on high-profile office schemes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or similar within a fit-out or main contractor environment

• Strong knowledge of MEP services on Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects

• Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes

• Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Excellent technical coordination, programme and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant engineering or building services qualification (desirable)
