📝 What You'll Be Doing as a Supply Teaching Assistant

Supporting teaching staff across various year groups and learning levels
Assisting pupils, including those with additional or special needs
Creating an encouraging and supportive space for all learners
Helping manage classroom behaviour and maintaining school standards
Adapting confidently to different schools and teaching styles

🙌 What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience a plus, but not essential)

A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
