Engineer Administrator / £23,000 - £25,000 / Rochester, Kent – Office Based / Permanent My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an Administrator/Phone Based position and will have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages. Duties:

• Booking in maintenance visits
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Answering inbound calls and providing customers with an excellent service
• Recording engineers’ timesheets
• Processing invoices
• General Administrator

Essential Skillset:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in an Administration/phone based position
• Successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling engineers
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to prioritise workload

Package: 

• £23,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
• Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm
• Friday - 9am - 4pm
• 25 days holiday
