Providing tailored support to pupils with EHCPs

Encouraging emotional regulation and building resilience

Supporting communication and social interaction

Using scaffolding strategies to help pupils access the curriculum

Working alongside teachers and the SENCO to create inclusive learning plans

Being a steady, positive presence in a child's daily life
