For the successful Housing Support Worker our client is offering:

£17.12 p/hour    
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Temporary Ongoing
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday, Temporary Ongoing Role, Immediate Start
The role - Housing Support Worker:

Work with tenants in the community to implement corrective measures for housing, possible eviction and housing agreements
Engage with referral agencies to generate referrals
Ensure properties are adequately equipped, maintained, and furnished
Maintain regular contact with service users as per service requirements
Conduct initial and regular assessments of service users' needs and risks
What our client is looking for in a Housing Support Worker:

Previous experience in a housing support role - ESSENTIAL
Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance - ESSENTIAL
DBS - DESIREABLE
Excellent Communication skills
Key skills or similar Job titles:
