Site Technical Administrator - Ffestinog, Wales
I am looking for a Site Technical Administrator for large construction site in North Wales.
Profile:
* Document handling.
* Submission and tracking of documents towards client and subcontractors.
* Request for safety induction.
* Site cash handling.
* Update of our InsiteLMS construction diary system (training will be provided).
* Alignment with local contractors for instance ordering of some material by phone or email.
* Should be fit with computer software.
* Right mindset to work on a construction site and not in a nice warm office.
* Committed to the employer because some information is also confidential.
* Flexible in regards of work tasks. The work needs to be done as it comes.
* Some basis experience in assembly works and in best case commissioning would be required in order to understand what is going on.
Hours: 9 hours per day Monday to Friday + Saturday on request (at peak)
Rate:
* Basic Hours £35.00 h/r LTD or CIS.
* Overtime 1 (Sat) £45.50.
* 8 hours travel per month
* Per Diem
