If so, our client in Dorset is seeking an accomplished Social Worker to join their Learning Disability team in the South West of England. Key Responsibilities:

Diverse Caseload: You will play a pivotal role in the Learning Disability team, handling incoming work and managing complex cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a variety of cases, providing you with a rich and diverse experience.

Court of Protection Expertise: Your experience with Court of Protection and high-risk cases will be instrumental in addressing challenging situations. This role will allow you to showcase your expertise in legal proceedings, making a difference in the lives of you help make better.

Community Assessments: You will have the chance to apply your skills directly in the field, ensuring that individuals receive the support they require within the comfort of their own environment. Conducting assessments within the community is a crucial aspect of this role.

Strength-Based Practice: Showcase your commitment to strength-based practice, emphasising individual's abilities and fostering empowerment. This approach aligns with the client's values and contributes to a positive and uplifting work environment.
