We're looking for a passionate, experienced, and forward-thinking Curriculum Lead in Beauty Therapy to join a ambitious department at If you're ready to combine your industry expertise with your leadership skills to raise standards and inspire both staff and students, we want to hear from you.

As Curriculum Lead you will be working closely with the Faculty Director where, you'll oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality Beauty Therapy programmes ensuring our learners are industry-ready, confident, and skilled. You'll lead a team of dedicated tutors, drive excellence in teaching, and work closely with industry partners to ensure our curriculum remains current and competitive.

• Lead curriculum design, development and quality assurance for Level 1-3 Beauty Therapy courses

• Line manage and support teaching staff to deliver outstanding learning experiences

• Monitor and improve student outcomes, retention, and progression

• Foster industry partnerships and innovation within the curriculum

You'll be a qualified Beauty Therapy professional with:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) as well as being qualified up to level 3 in Beauty Therapy.

• Proven experience teaching Beauty Therapy in a college or training environment

• Strong leadership or curriculum coordination experience

• Up-to-date industry knowledge and a passion for inspiring learners
