Technical Supervisor - Damp & Mould / Legal Disrepair

Location: Dagenham, East London
Salary: From £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week
Travel: Across Barking & Dagenham (Full UK Driving Licence required)

About the Roles

We're hiring for two Technical Supervisor roles within a leading property & facilities group:

Damp & Mould
Legal DisrepairReporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of operatives and contractors, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, performance, and quality assurance from first report to final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise teams and specialist subcontractors
Manage job scheduling, inspections, and reporting
Support service improvements and performance targets
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery
Attend stakeholder meetings and provide reports/MI as neededWhat You'll Need

Trade qualification (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
Supervisory experience in repairs or maintenance
Strong knowledge of Damp & Mould and/or Legal Disrepair
Good IT skills (MS Office; Accuserve a bonus)
Full clean UK driving licence
