Clinical Deputy Manager - Luxury Nursing Home

Location: Northwich, CW8

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £24.50 per hour + Paid Breaks | Equivalent to £50,960 per annum

What You'll Be Doing as a Clinical Deputy Manager

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the care team to deliver person-centred care

Overseeing care planning and clinical assessments

Supporting staff development and fostering a positive team culture

Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies

Ensuring full compliance with CQC and best practice standards

What We're Looking For in our Clinical Deputy Manager:

A valid NMC PIN

Proven experience in elderly and dementia care

Strong leadership and clinical skills

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
