Main purpose of the job

Forecast levels of demand for products and sales
Running tenders and making recommendations on product ranges
Ensuring procurement policies are followed
Keeping up to date with consumer trends
Maintain and develop relationships with new and current suppliers
Communicate with team members
Negotiate contracts and agree terms

Job Requirements

Previous experience within a Food business
Educated to a degree level
Commercially minded
Happy to be office based
