They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

Working on a range of mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
Conducting estimation tasks to ensure accurate project cost predictions.
Cash flow and turnover forecast
