UX Designer Central London £35k - £45k DOE I am currently looking for a Mid-Weight UX Designer to start with Global advertising and marketing agency based in Central London. They are now continuing on their mission to create extraordinary customer journeys and are now looking for a UX designer to join the team. They are looking for someone who has experience leading projects, driving customer experience strategies forward and prototyping your ideas quickly and who is looking to take the next step in their career whilst working on a range of different projects and clients. The requirements:
•Design sensibility - you are not a graphic designer, however you can produce decks and UX artefacts to a high standard and you take pride in the presentation of your work.
•UX to UI at speed; they are looking for someone who is comfortable moving their thinking from journeys, to prototypes to finished user interfaces efficiently.
•Prototyping skills using Sketch and InVision are essential and Marvel, Principle or similar are a benefit.
•You are comfortable letting insights and data guide you through Strategic thinking, and customer experience journey mapping is part of your standard vocabulary.
•Previous experience within a client facing position is ideal.
•Previous experience of eCommerce trading or retail, A/B testing and site optimisation would be beneficial.
