We are seeking temporary Customer Service Advisors to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the service department, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse data effectively.

Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.

* Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of customer information in our systems.

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

* Support upselling initiatives by identifying opportunities to offer additional services or products that meet customer requirements.

* Maintain organised records of service requests, customer interactions, and follow-up actions taken.

* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.

Experience

* Proven experience in an administrative role or customer service environment is preferred.

* Strong proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail. .

* Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls professionally.

* Ability to analyse information and provide insights that contribute to improved service outcomes.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours are 8.30am- 5pm - Monday- Friday.
