I am currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to take on a leadership role within a small but long-established General Practice based in Sittingbourne. This position offers the chance to play a key role in managing the firm’s day-to-day operations, enabling the owner to focus on driving new business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with an established client base
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Managing a portfolio and fee base
• Supporting and developing junior members of staff
• Contributing to the overall growth and direction of the firm

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Practice
• Experience in a similar Client Manager or Senior role
• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client management skills
