Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant

We are supporting a primary academy school that is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join the supportive and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and experienced TA to make a real impact on children's learning and development across the school.
Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working closely with the class teacher

Lead small group interventions and provide 1:1 support where needed

Help prepare resources and maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment

Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development

Assist in monitoring and recording pupil progress
The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Have experience working in a primary school setting

Be proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic

Have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being
