ITS Industrial are currently recruiting for a Installation Operative/Technician on behalf of our client, a leading UK manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, travelling, and being part of a skilled team delivering high-quality installations across industrial, commercial, and agricultural sites throughout the UK.

Based out of Herefordshire, you'll be travelling to customer sites nationwide from Monday to Friday, working at height and using a variety of tools. All accommodation, meals, and travel expenses are fully covered, and you'll be well supported while away from home.

This role would suit someone with experience in mechanical fitting, window/door installation, or general construction—but full training is provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Work at height using access equipment (training provided)

* Follow technical drawings and installation instructions

* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

* Load, drive, and manage tools/equipment in a company van

* Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

* Physically fit and comfortable working at height and outdoors

* Valid UK driving licence (essential)

* Experience in mechanical fitting, construction, or similar (preferred)

* Ability to use power tools safely and confidently

* CSCS card, IPAF, or PASMA certification (advantageous, not essential)

* Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

* Willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday
