We're looking for a PART TIME proactive, organised, and detail-focused Property Administrator to support the Property Manager. Please note that due to the nature and location of the role, you need to be a driver.

Job Title: Part Time Property Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Haywayrds Heath, onsite parking, office based
Salary: Circa £33k (pro rata circa £19k)
Hours: Part time, 20 hrs a week, 5 hrs a day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Property Administrator duties:

Handling tenant inquiries and complaints
Checking rental payments received from tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repair work with contractors
Monitoring and tracking maintenance requestsThe ideal Property Administrator will have/be:
