Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

The Project Quantity Surveyor will lead both pre- and post-contract duties across a mix of residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
The Project Quantity Surveyor will develop detailed cost plans, tender packages, and procurement strategies
The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage contract administration, valuations, and variations under JCT forms
The Project Quantity Surveyor will liaise with clients and consultants, contributing to successful project delivery
The Project Quantity Surveyor will support junior team members and help maintain a collaborative culture
The Project Quantity Surveyor will play an active role in business development and client retentionProject Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited)
Solid understanding of JCT contracts and project lifecycle
Experience delivering residential or commercial projects in London
Professional, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
Working towards MRICS or recently charteredIn Return

£45,000 - £55,000 salary
