Business Services Senior – Cardiff

Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious professional seeking to build a long-term career in practice while taking on a varied and rewarding client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing year-end accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
• Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
• Reviewing the work of junior staff and offering support where needed
• Liaising directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and advisory work as required

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client expectations
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
