• Maintaining Cleanliness:
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in classrooms, corridors, offices, and other common areas.

• Cleaning desks, tables, chairs, and other surfaces.

• Cleaning windows, doors, and mirrors.

• Emptying and cleaning trash bins.

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.

• Restocking restroom supplies like soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.

• Safety and Security:

• Reporting any hazards or defects to the appropriate supervisor or caretaker.

• Following health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and properly.

• Other Duties:

• Participating in training sessions as required.

• Working as part of a team, collaborating with other school staff.

• Maintaining school policies and procedures.

• Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.

• Undertaking specialists cleaning during school closures or other periods.
