We're looking for a qualified Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to join a busy and well-structured pharmacy. You'll be responsible for final accuracy checking and supporting dispensing processes in line with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Final accuracy checking of prescriptions in line with SOPs.
* Support the responsible pharmacist with technical dispensing tasks.
* Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, Medicines Act, and GDP.
* Maintain quality, health & safety, and COSHH standards.
* Assist with stock management and audits.
* Investigate pharmacy incidents and support improvements.
* Support team training and development.
* Prepare wholesale orders to MHRA standards.
* Carry out duties as requested by pharmacy leadership.
Key Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (essential)
* GPhC registered.
* Accredited ACT qualification (essential)
* High attention to detail.
* Able to work to deadlines and support team performance.
* Strong communication and accountability.
