Our Expanding Firm is seeking ultra-professional sales support agents to provide skilled support to our top tier sales representatives and their clients.
Objective of position: Processing orders and investigating and responding to all customers inquiries regarding products and complaints as well the creation of presentations, proposals and quotations.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to outside sales representatives
Work closely with customers and vendors via phone & email
Follow-up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
Prepare various reports and sales data for sales representatives
Plan & execute meetings and conference calls
Prepare mailings and promotional initiatives
Work with other departments in Company in order to obtain product information/specifications, process/expedite/track orders
Clear and professional speaking voice/manner
Impeccable customer service skills
Basic math skills
Problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Sound decision making skills
Work well in a team environment
Able to work with a diverse group of people
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2+ years of customer care experience.

We are now hiring for full-time and offer a base pay based on credentials with the opportunity for bonuses. We do NOT conduct any D2D, B2B, or Telemarketing.
