We are an education agency representing an excellent Secondary School located in Barnet, North London. This forward-thinking school is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with a student who has autism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a student with autism, focusing on their individual needs and learning goals.
Assist the student in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Implement strategies to promote the student's social and emotional development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the student's progress and well-being.Requirements:

Previous experience working with students with autism is essential.
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching strategies to meet the student's unique requirements.
